Could the Cape area support a minor league ball park?

Much has been written in recent times regarding the possibility of Cape getting a minor league ball park.  With Southern Illinois having one, many folks in Southeast Missouri feel Cape could support one too.  What is your opinion on this subject?  Could this be an opportunity for Cape to revitalize it’s downtown area with an added attraction?  Would the location be better somewhere other than downtown?
